  • With various size of grinder heads, can create very thin lines, but also thick lines

  • With our software and hardware solution is also capable of doing the "sand glass effect"

How it Works ?

You only need 4 simple steps to start working with the SAGARYT machine

1. Draw or open existing decor from our huge database
2. Enter the glass and decor parameters  
3. On main panel, press "Fix" button
4. After successful glass fixation, press "start" button

  • With this software you can create your own designs

  • Design should be based on your imagination

  • Or you can redraw it from picture

Machine controlls

The latest version of SAGARYT machine is equipped with 32-bit processors
These processors controls all of machine parameters and functionalities

For better performance, each arm has its own processor
that directly communicates with the Master unit.

These processors allows to add OLED display and Encoder
on the Master panel and also on every single Grinder arm

This panels allows the operator to quickly check or possibly change parameters

  • SAGARYT machine is controlled by a PC trough USB controller inside of machine. 

  • On pc you can see the progress of the decor.

  • Also you can control parameters of the machine.

Machine Features

The latest generation of SAGARYT SGA machine
is equipped with whole new grinder control system

DC motor with feedback

Servo with more precise positioning

Plug and Play electronics inside body

Reengineered electronics can now starts

DC motor to operation RPM in less than 180ms

And with new braking system the grinder completely stop for less than 60ms

With these numbers SAGARYT SGA could produce stunning lines without the dots at beginning and ending

We redesigned the grinder force controlling system, which is now more precise
and could be individually controlled from main panel
or from computer (to be soon)​​​

Options

SAGARYT SGA machine got 3 size options:

  1.  2  position machine - for small production about 128pcs per shiff​​

  2.  6  position machine - for middle production about 384pcs per shift 

  3. 10 position machine - for huge glass factories about 640pcs per shift

*Production quantity depends on decor complexity (average decor time is 8minutes)

Depends on glass you want decorate, you can choose the plate diameter:

  1.  150mm

  2.  250mm

  3.  250mm​​
